Entered in the registry book of professionals as a Mechanical Engineer under Republic Act No. 8495, with the privilege to assume the title and practise the profession. This is the statutory practising licence and does not expire on the certificate; the associated professional identification card is renewed on the PRC cycle.

Awarded the status of ASEAN Engineer with the designatory letters ASEAN Eng., having satisfied the qualification requirements of the AFEO Governing Board. Provides mutual recognition of engineering competence across ASEAN member states.

Held for practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the Samsung and McDermott engagements. Not renewed after leaving the Kingdom; listed here for completeness of the record rather than as a current registration. Reinstatement is available on application should a Saudi assignment require it.

Institute membership. This is a membership record rather than a certification; the PMP credential itself has not been awarded — see the training entry in section 3.

Degree conferred by the Board of Trustees on the recommendation of the University Faculty. Deregulated status — exempted from Special Order per CHED Memorandum No. 32, series of 2001. The document set comprises the Department of Foreign Affairs authentication certificate, the attestation stamps, the Commission on Higher Education certification of authenticity, and the diploma itself.

The academic transcript that accompanies this set has been withheld from publication: it carries date of birth, home address and next-of-kin details. It is supplied directly to an employer or verification agency on request.

Twelve postgraduate modules completed across construction management, contract administration, procurement, cost, quality, risk, safety and research methods. The university's certification records the date of graduation as not applicable — the coursework is complete and the units are earned, but the degree has not been conferred. It is stated that way here deliberately, and should not be read as a completed master's degree.

Attested for use in Qatar. The record carries a Hague Convention apostille issued by the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs on 21 January 2026 and an attestation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, State of Qatar (No. 2026121000111/1) dated 28 January 2026.

Certification awarded on satisfactory completion of the Intertek Business Assurance Lean Six Sigma Green Belt programme. The preparatory training that preceded it was delivered separately by RS Management in April 2017 and is listed below as its own record.

The 40-PDU training requirement for the PMP examination has been completed. The PMP credential itself has not been awarded and is not claimed. PMI membership is held separately — see section 1.

Current professional development in piping hydraulics and material specification, directly supporting rotating-equipment system design — suction and discharge sizing, NPSH margin, two-phase line behaviour and material selection against service conditions. Each certificate is independently verifiable through Coursera.

Individual module certificates from the MSc coursework in section 2, issued separately for the two modules most relevant to project quality and procurement responsibilities.

In-house lead engineer development programme covering discipline leadership, squad-check and interdiscipline coordination on major capital projects. Certificate available on request.

A confirmation-of-employment letter rather than a service certificate; it states the position held but not a date range.

First professional engagement, entered through the Fluor New Graduate Program — an intake open only to licensed engineers finishing in the top decile of their class. A five-year service award was presented on 24 July 2011. Note the clerical middle initial on this certificate, addressed under Identity of the holder.
